In the past, the majority of my day-to-day has been tracking down documentation from medical providers to make sure we can process claims. My day consisted of probably 25 to 30 percent of just emails and phone calls tracking down bills. Now, I could say A-G Specialty Insurance has probably cut that down to 5 to 10 percent of my day, maybe even less.
